As usual like every year, my ITE friends would meet up at the Lantern Festival =) It's warm inside so if any of you intend to visit next year remember to bring along mini fan, tissues & a bottle of water [advise]

Farmart

do you know Farmart is known as Farmart not Farm Mart =/ i think quite a number of people pronounce it as Farm Mart..

lol look at my face.. eyes open so big.. must be the food is here =D~~


yummy chicken wing.. [its v.oily]


first time trying out Gong Gong, it actually taste not bad.. Doesn't have any weird smell or taste, just rubbery =D good for gum exercise


Cool~!! look delicious right!! got Sotong la.. Sting Ray la.. & Huge Pranws *yum yum* especially the sotong contains lots of onion inside >.< too ="D">.< style="text-align: center;">

My Birthday

Melvin brought me to this restaurant StammTisch located at the 6 Avenue Centre for dinner =D




it's a open air kitchen


hmm~ this is a kind of softdrink but den is not sweet.. =/


Marinated herring fillets with boiled potatoes and butter S$14


Grilled pork sausage in curry sauce with french fries and salad S$17


Crispy roasted pork knuckle with sauerkraut and fried potatoes S$29

overall i think Melvin will still prefer the sausage that i'm having =/

After the wonderful dinner, Melvin suggested to visit Night Safari~~ ^^ of course i agree la.. never been there before.. anyway its too dark inside to take any pictures of the animals and we are not allow to on flash. So! i wouldn't post any photos here.. even i post it i dun think u can see what izzit.. even myself i dun even know what i'm taking.

Pre Birthday Celebration

Ahem! I'll be learning how to cook Japanese food today, FIRST the Curry Rice with Chicken which is knows as Curry Katsu

1st: prepare chicken breast.. depends on which part of the chicken u like..

2nd: Powder and bread it with egg to stick on the chicken

3rd: deep fry it without any seasoning =D

TaaaDaaa!! its done.. easy right?


Next.. to prepare the curry sauce

You'll have to buy the flavoring.. There's Mild, Hot & v.Hot
but to me all of them are sweet =)

Ingredients: Onion, Carrot, Potato & Tomato
when its boiling, just add in the instant flavoring you have bought and it will turn out to be the one below.. ^^ but if u like u can add a little bit of seasoning in to make it more tastier

DONE~~


Okonomiyaki is the next dish

it consist of cabbage and anything you like to eat can just put it in.. but in my case we put bacon and scrimp

After my cooking lesson from Regina.. I'm meeting my secondary school friends in the evening to celebrate Yvonne and my birthday.. We are only one week difference =) Hope i dun stink inside and smell like food to them although is cold enough not to smell anything =/
